If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our policy allows for returns and refunds under certain conditions. 2. Return Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

2.2. Products eligible for return include those that are damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered.

2.3. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used medications.

3. Initiating a Return

3.2. You will be required to provide details about the product, your order number, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Process

4.1. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

4.2. Please securely pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documents that were included with the product.

4.3. Ship the product back to us using the provided return shipping label.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

5.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

6.1. We do not offer refunds on products that are non-returnable, including opened or used medications.
